These slides are from Owerri career day, an event that was designed to place hirers and intending employees in the same room at the same time. My company, No 1 BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & HR EXPERTS IN NIGERIA saw a hiring gap in Owerri and we decided to do something about it .
We had wonderful speakers and panelists , HR professionals, Relationship managers with top banks in Nigeria , The SAA to the governor on Sustainable Development Goals .

Ugh , this scheme stressed the life pig of me I won’t even lie .
Serving Nigeria and working as a business developer and social media manager, I don’t recommend 😒😂
Initially I didn’t get the hype of POP but now , I’m hyped out like mad.
But as usual, this phase is over , I’m ready for the next .

As a founder, this may be the most important thing I’ve invested in.
Humans, trained professionals in my field that are literally the best at their job.
I’ve been seeing something funny lately…
A lot of people genuinely think I own this farm 😅
And I get it,
you’ve seen me in the videos, walking around, holding chickens, creating content like I’ve been there forever.
But I don’t own it.
I came in when there was literally nothing to build on.
No structure. No clear direction. No real presence online.
Just a business that knew it had potential, but wasn’t showing up that way.
We started with a conversation,
understanding what they actually wanted, not just “let’s post content”.
They wanted to be seen as an authority.
They wanted visibility that could turn into real business.
So we built everything from the ground up.
Content direction.
Posting structure.
Community management.
Strategy.
Even down to how the brand should feel when people come across it.
And I won’t lie—this isn’t even my usual space.
Agriculture isn’t where people expect me to thrive.
But that’s the thing…
when you understand how growth works, the industry doesn’t limit you.
Fast forward a few months, and now,
people are watching, engaging, asking questions, taking the brand seriously.
Everything you’re seeing in this video?
That didn’t happen by chance.
It came from being intentional.
From consistency.
From actually knowing what to do and doing it properly.
And honestly… I enjoyed this one.
Because it’s one thing to post content,
it’s another thing to build something that actually works.
So yeah,
I might not own the farm…
but I know how to grow a brand.
