You know those weeks that look busy even from Sunday?
I have a strong feeling this week’s like that.
Today I took a break from everything social media management and business development and went to church today . Plus I spent over 3 hours there.
Apart from the fact that I loved the sermon, it was nice not to place a timer on the service time like I would normally do.

Do I support approvals , yes
As a founder , you need to verified what’s been posted on your page . I agree with that.
However , some brands use this as a medium to micromanage the social media manager and even the whole marketing team.
So basically , it’s like “why hire us if we’re doing exactly what you’d do ?”
There’s a reason why that wasn’t working .
I’ve worked with a lot of clients that actually allowed myself and my team function well in our capacity as social media marketing professionals and the growth has been phenomenal.

Everyone loves to call it luck when a post goes viral.
“Wow, you got lucky with this one!”
“Crazy how this just blew up!”
“Random things always go viral.”
Let me clear something up:
It’s not luck. It’s not random.
It’s strategy. It’s storytelling. It’s timing. It’s understanding human behavior and doing it over and over again until it hits.
What you don’t see is:
The hours spent researching trends, hooks, formats, and scroll-stopping intros.
The data I study from past posts to know exactly what works and why.
The scripts that get revised 10 times before they ever hit the feed.
The timing, the positioning, the pacing ,all planned.
The pressure of knowing one post can change everything for a client… and making it happen on purpose.
I don’t “get lucky” , I do the work.
And when a post pops off? I’m not surprised. I expect it to.
Because I built it to.
