Businessman Olakunle Churchill has reacted to the divorce filed by his wife, Rosy Meurer.

According to him, there was no legally recognised marriage between them, as they only did a traditional introduction and not a court or church wedding. He questioned how she could file for divorce under such circumstances and said he has not received any official court notice.

Churchill also stated that people are wrongly advising Rosy due to a lack of proper legal knowledge. He dismissed claims that she stood by him during his past issues with his ex-wife, Tonto Dikeh, saying anyone could have done the same.

He added that he and Tonto have both moved on and forgiven each other.

Actress Rosy Meurer has reportedly filed for the dissolution of her marriage to businessman Olakunle Churchill.

This development comes just a few months after he reconciled with his ex-wife, Tonto Dikeh, who is now a born-again evangelist.

Benue Police Arrest 7 Over Otukpo Kidnap, Rescue Victims

The police in Benue State have arrested seven people linked to the kidnapping of passengers in Otukpo on April 15.

According to the police spokesperson, DSP Edet Udeme, the suspects were arrested during a joint operation with other security agencies in Amla Forest and nearby areas.

She added that further intelligence gathered during the operation led to the arrest of the seven suspects, who are now in police custody while investigations continue.

Some of the kidnapped victims were also rescued and are currently receiving medical care, although the number of those rescued was not disclosed.
