When I started exercising it wasn't easy but I kept at it. I managed to get home on some days, while I felt like fainting on other days but I refused to stop.
I noticed that climbing the stairs became difficult,I would just be panting for breath and it wasn't a good sign.
One of the days I went out ,I felt so much pressure on my chest as if it was going to explode. I still refused to stop.
