There are certain facts all parents are supposed to know in the journey of parenting.
Understanding these facts will help in knowing the best way to be a good parent.

1. Understand what method works for you:
In training children, every parent has a different method that works best for them. Understand how best you can relate with your children and how they react to our actions. Some need to be handled softly while some need harsh approaches. Don't try doing what other parents do, you'd only end up hurting your children.

Be calm and understand what you might have done wrong. Don't feel you're the only one that can get angry.

Every single child has a weakness and strength. Know what triggers them and don't use their weakness against them. Encourage with whatever is their source of strength.

5. Be a good example to your children:
Sometimes, training children involves role modelling. Be a model of the kind of person you want your children to be. Don't be hypocritic parent, it will kill their morale.
