Earlier this week, at the Citizens' Choice Award organized by the Christian Youth Movement (CYM) in Abuja wherein i serve as the Deputy National Co-ordinator (South East, Nigeria). Again, i feel very powerful to be recognized on such a great national community of progressive Christians cut across Nigeria.
Make no mistakes about it, we must continue to strategically lend our voices to nation building, youth development, job creation and economic productivity and prosperity.
I believe that Nigeria is still leapfrogging in all governance parameters and indices. We must challenge neo-colonialists like the World bank and IMF from using Nigeria as a test tube to experiment ill-humane policies such FX and PMS subsidy removal and other advisory supports and interventions. Instead, we need more home-grown solutions to fix our local problems. We must call a spade a spade and not a farm implement.
