Plantain Flour: which serves potentially as an anti-obesity ingredient for intestinal flora regulation and also improved hormone secretion.

PROCESSING:
The peels of each plantain is removed by hand and the plantains are washed with water before sun-drying for an organic sweet, sun-kissed flavour. After which, the dried plantains are milled into fine flour.
