💊 Ever opened a capsule to make it "easier" to swallow? You might be doing more harm than good.
I break it all down in my new YouTube video — what's safe to open, what's not, and how to always check before you improvise with your meds.

🚫 Stop using medicated creams as your everyday body lotion!
That steroid cream clearing your rash? It is not meant for daily use.
That "brightening" cream? Long-term use can damage your skin.
Medicated creams treat specific conditions for a specific time not forever, not all over.
✅ Use medicated creams only as prescribed
✅ Moisturize daily with regular, non-medicated lotion
✅ Ask your pharmacist before you self-medicate your skin.
Your skin isn't a science experiment. Treat it right.
A neighbour's advice is not a prescription. Wrong medication and inaccurate health information can lead to medication errors, treatment failure, serious complications, and even death. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before taking any medication.
Skineal cream is the wrong medicine for the treatment of fungal infection of the fingernails.
P.S: I counselled the patient and gave the right medication.
Happy new week!
Resist the urge to "help" because you are not helping in the real sense.

A young lady walked into the pharmacy yesterday and asked for something that sounded like teststro, at first I thought she meant testosterone but on asking different questions I now understood she meant test strips (for pregnancy).
WRONG PRONUNCIATION CAN BE DANGEROUS.
Medication safety starts with clear communication. Saying a drug name wrongly can lead to:

2. Confirm the spelling if you are not sure of the pronunciation.
3. Present medication packs and
