Is life fair to us, equally?

I believe you often hear people say life is not fair to me especially during their down times.
A friend once said, when I meet God I have plenty questions to ask him and I ask why he said so and he asked me why didn't God make life fair to us equally? I was blanked out at first not because I couldn't respond but because I wasn't expecting that from him. Then he told me all he had encountered and I felt so sorry for him. Life is fair to us, equally but the problem is where you fell into, just like the parable of the seed sower in the Bible who went out to sow and he dipped hands in the basket, fetch the seeds and threw it out, some seed fell on the road side, some fell on the rocky ground, some fell on the ground full with thorns and while some fell on the good ground which enabled them to grow and bear fruits without any form of hindrances.
So life is fair to us all, equally but the challenge is where we were born into, the condition and the location. God has blessed us bountifully in the heavenly places, so for us to manifest the blessings, if the condition of where we fell into is not favourable for our growth, then we need to change our locations o where the condition will enhance our growth rather than blaming The nature of life.
