One of the biggest lessons I took away from the Oriflame National Conference was this:

Many of us are chasing the money, but we’re not paying enough attention to the process.

For a long time, I thought results came first.

More customers.
More sales.
More income.

But sitting in that conference hall, listening, learning, and reflecting, I realized something.

Every successful business has a process.

There are skills to learn.
Systems to follow.
Relationships to build.
Mistakes to learn from.

The people getting the best results are usually not the people looking for shortcuts.

They are the people committed to learning, growing, and trusting the process.

It made me reflect on my own journey as an entrepreneur.

Sometimes we become so focused on the destination that we forget to enjoy and embrace the journey that gets us there.

This week, I am reminding myself to focus less on immediate results and more on becoming the kind of person who can consistently create those results.

The money will come.

But first, learn the process.
