🍾 My peepz… I can’t believe it — we did it again!
Three years ago I didn’t even know this award existed… and now I’ve won it every single year since. My heart is full. 🧡
And the truth is: it’s because of YOU.
Yes, you. The clients who push me, question me, challenge me, and inspire me to grow. You’re the reason I study harder, learn more, and keep leveling up — so I can train you, guide you, support you, treat you, rehab you… and help you feel stronger, healthier, happier, and more confident every day. 💪✨
So from the deepest part of me: thank you.
To everyone who believes in me as a Personal Trainer, a Coach, a Therapist, and a Group Fitness Instructor… this win is ours. 🥹💖

When you’ve got 14 minutes before school pick-up… you use them 🤸♀️⏱️
You know that feeling — the day just flies by, your to-do list never ends, and somehow your own training slips to “maybe tomorrow” 👀
But here’s the thing: Those precious 14 minutes of moving your body can completely change how you feel in your body and in your mind! 💥
It might feel like a drag to get moving at first, but once you’re done, you’ll thank yourself for doing it.
And remember, it’s not about a perfect workout schedule… It’s about showing up for yourself regularly, even on the busiest days, instead of prioritizing yourself only if there’s time left (which we both know… there usually isn’t).
So here’s a quick 14-minute workout I do myself when there’s no time, no space, and no fancy setup, just tuning into what makes me feel good and doing it!

Those push-ups were tougher than I expected! It wasn’t the 12 reps themselves—it was the jumps in between that made it a real challenge. I love testing my limits by mixing things up, adding little twists and tweaks to keep the workouts fresh and harder each time. That’s how we grow, that’s how we progress.
I wish the same for you. That’s why we train not only in small groups but also one-on-one—because that’s where you truly get the most out of your sessions.

Dankbaar voor het vertrouwen dat ze mij als Coach en vooral zichzelf heeft gegeven.
Ze gaf zichzelf de tijd, geduld en de ruimte om écht te werken aan haar herstel — stap voor stap.
Door steeds weer voor zichzelf te verschijnen, is ze niet alleen van pijn verlost, maar ook sterker geworden, fysiek én mentaal.

I never imagined fitness could become “a real job.” 👉🏻 Hey, I’m Julie! Welcome to my world.
Back in 2012, while studying Tourism & Travel Management in Germany, I never imagined fitness could become “a real job.” At the time, it was simply my passion on the side.
When I met my boyfriend, I promised him I’d apply for ONE job in the Netherlands, and if I got it, I’d move from Germany to be with him.
Spoiler: I got the job.
Years passed, and I gave birth to my beautiful daughter Nova (yes, like a star) 🌟. Becoming a mom made me realize:
👉🏻 Health is fragile
👉🏻 Energy is precious
👉🏻 Some companies aren’t family-friendly
After having Nova, I asked myself: “What do I truly enjoy?” The answer was crystal clear: Spreading joy through Zumba®, and helping women feel healthy, energized & confident in their bodies through fitness.
But the scary question was:
Will I quit my steady 9-5?
I took the leap! Today, I spend my days helping women become stronger, healthier, and more confident as a Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor.
I get to cheer on amazing women who transform into confidence-boosted strength machines, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
I chose to put myself first. Now I help other driven women do the same, so they can build a stronger body, a resilient mind, and use that power to thrive in their careers and support their families.
