Actually, no they are stationary. Be careful next time when you’re convinced you’ve seen something.
Our mind is constantly deceiving us😉

Part 1.

Monday you just throw a “ball” of anxiety inside.
Tuesday another one.
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and it already feels like you can’t breathe.

You close the lid and keep shaking it all inside yourself, trying to hold it together…
And it feels like that’s just how it’s supposed to be.

On Saturday it gets a little better.
On Sunday there’s even a bit of quiet.
And then it all starts again.

But the truth is, you don’t have to endure it or keep “shaking” it inside.

Sometimes it’s enough to simply pause…
and open the lid.

Let it out.
Exhale.
Allow yourself not to hold it all in 🤍

Friends, I’m currently looking for a new space to rent or a full-time collaboration 🤍

I’m searching for a comfortable place with a very friendly, warm, and supportive atmosphere a space where I can create, grow, and stay long-term.

If you know a great space, are looking for a collaboration, or can recommend someone I could team up with, I would be very grateful for any contacts or suggestions 🙏

Thank you so much for your support and for sharing ✨

Most illnesses aren’t “just from stress,” but they’re not only about the body either.
There’s biology (infections, injuries, genetics), there are mixed conditions where stress truly amplifies symptoms, and there are functional disorders where the nervous system is the main driver.
Psychology can influence the course of a condition, but it doesn’t create viruses or tumors.
The balance is simple: it’s not all in your head but your mind affects more than you think.

An incredible story I couldn’t not share.
When Breath Becomes Air is not just a book.
It’s an experience of living on the edge.

The story of Paul Kalanithi, a neurosurgeon who found himself on the other side of medicine and honestly shared what it means to live through cancer, fear, choice, and meaning.

He writes about the body, fragility, love, and what truly matters when the illusion of “later” disappears.

This is priceless.
Thank you for this honesty.
Thank you for sharing it with humanity❤️
