The first Tea Festival in Amsterdam!

Workshop host registration is now open for Amsterdam Tea Festival 2027 😊

For us, workshops are an important part of the festival because they give visitors a chance to experience tea more closely — not only by walking around, but by sitting down, tasting, listening, asking questions, learning something new, or creating something with their hands.

We are looking for people, brands, artists, makers, teachers, and cultural projects who would love to share something meaningful with our visitors.

This can be a tea tasting, tea ceremony, brewing session, ceramics workshop, teaware experience, food pairing, cultural story, art practice, design process, calligraphy, botanical work, tea travel story, or another creative idea that connects naturally to tea.

How to apply:

1. Go to
www.amsterdamteafestival.com
2. Click “Workshop Host”
3. Create your account or log in
4. Open your dashboard
5. Add your billing details
6. Fill in your contact person and workshop proposal
7. Upload and sign the required documents
8. Submit your application

Your dashboard keeps your application, documents, billing details, status updates, and next steps in one place.

After you submit, our team will review your application. Because workshop spots are limited, we will select the workshops that best fit the festival programme, visitor experience, timing, capacity, and the overall direction of Amsterdam Tea Festival 2027.

If approved, you will receive the next steps through your account.

You can also be both a workshop host and an exhibitor.

Please note: one workshop per person / brand, because the number of slots is limited.

The full step-by-step registration guide is in this carousel.

Let’s build a programme where visitors can discover tea through taste, art, ceramics, culture, stories, and shared experience. 🍵

03/07/2026

Curious to hear what our visitors and vendors said at the ATF 2026 edition? This reel is all about that 🍵

At our first Amsterdam Tea Festival, we spoke with visitors, makers, tea lovers, ceramic artists, workshop hosts, and people who simply came with curiosity.

What stayed with us most was not only what people said, but the feeling behind it.

Tea made people slow down.
It opened conversations.
It brought different cultures, traditions, objects, tastes, and stories into one room.

For us, this is what Amsterdam Tea Festival is about: creating a bridge between tea cultures from around the world and the people discovering them here in Amsterdam.

A cup can carry origin, memory, craft, hospitality, design, ritual, and connection. And when people gather around tea, something very simple becomes very meaningful.

Thank you to everyone who shared their experience with us during the first edition.

We are building the next one with all of this in mind.

Our second edition:
Amsterdam Tea Festival 2027
30 January 2027
10-19
At Kromhouthal, Amsterdam

Tickets available via the link in bio 🎟️

What was your favourite moment from the first edition? 🤍

Lately we have been thinking about where tea travels with people.

A thermos in a bag.
A cup on a train.
Tea outside, somewhere between trees and quiet.
A favourite teapot packed for a weekend away.
A simple cup at home after a long day.

Tea often becomes part of the moments we remember: slow mornings, conversations, small rituals, trips, and pauses.

This is also the spirit behind Amsterdam Tea Festival.

On 30 January 2027, we return to Kromhouthal for a full day of tea, ceramics, tastings, food, performances, workshops, cultural showcases, and conversations with the people behind the products.

AMSTERDAM TEA FESTIVAL 2027 ✨

Tea is one of the most familiar drinks in the world — but the world behind it is much bigger than a cup.

It carries landscapes, rituals, craft, design, objects, food, hospitality, conversations, and people. At Amsterdam Tea Festival, we present tea not only as a product, but as a living culture.

After our first edition in 2026 — with 1,877 visitors, 80+ vendors, 40 workshops, and many tea lovers that left with delicious tea and ceramics — we are building the next chapter.

On 30 January 2027, we return to Kromhouthal for one full day dedicated to tea culture in Amsterdam and Europe.

Why Amsterdam?

Because this city already brings together the worlds that tea naturally connects to: hospitality, food, design, art, wellness, international communities, independent makers, and cultural events.

Our goal is to give tea its own place inside this landscape — not as a small niche, but as a growing world of taste, craft, ritual, creativity, and contemporary gathering.

Expect a full-day programme with:

tea & ceramics stands
tea tastings
food stands
cultural performances
panel talks
tea & connection zones
workshops
and more

A place to taste.
A place to learn.
A place to meet.
A place to see tea differently.

This year, we are aiming to welcome 3000+ tea lovers and 100+ exhibitors: tea brands, producers, importers, ceramicists, teaware makers, food creators, artists, workshop hosts, and cultural partners who want to share their knowledge, tea, craft, culture, art, stories, and traditions with a curious European audience.

Tickets are available now.
Exhibitor registration is open.
Workshop host registration is open.

Wave 1 for exhibitors and workshop hosts runs until 10 July.

Tea lover, tea vendor, tea producer, tea distributor, ceramicist, teaware maker, cup artist — this is your sign. ✨

Amsterdam Tea Festival is returning for its second edition, and exhibitor registration is open and getting lively.

Last year, we welcomed more than 1,800 tea lovers, curious visitors, workshop guests, makers, and professionals in Amsterdam. People came to taste, discover, ask questions, meet brands, buy tea, find handmade ceramics, join workshops, and experience tea as something much bigger than a drink.

This year, we are growing further.

On 30 January 2027, Amsterdam Tea Festival will take place at Kromhouthal in Amsterdam Noord — bringing together specialty tea brands, tea producers, importers, distributors, ceramic artists, cup makers, teaware creators, food, culture, workshops, and an international audience around tea.

If you work with tea, ceramics, teaware, handmade cups, objects for tea rituals, or anything that belongs naturally to the world of tea, we would love to receive your application.

Registration is done easily through our website:

1. Go to www.amsterdamteafestival.com
2. Create your account
3. Open your personal dashboard
4. Fill in the exhibitor form
5. Choose your stand and add-ons

A NEW CHAPTER FOR AMSTERDAM TEA FESTIVAL ✨

After our first edition in 2026, we kept returning to one thought:

tea is much bigger than most people realize.

It is not only something we drink.
It is a culture, a craft, a landscape, a ritual, a conversation, a memory, a way of hosting, a way of slowing down, and a way of connecting people across countries and generations.

Last year, Amsterdam Tea Festival welcomed 1,877 visitors, 80+ vendors, 40 workshops, cultural partners, performances, tastings, ceramics, food, and many beautiful encounters around tea.

For us, that first edition was proof that there is space in the Netherlands for a festival that treats tea with more depth.

A space where visitors can taste and learn.
Where makers can share the story behind their work.
Where tea brands, ceramic artists, food creators, workshop hosts, cultural partners, and performers can come together in one environment.
Where tea is not presented as a background element, but as the centre of the experience.

Now we are preparing the second edition.

On 30 January 2027, Amsterdam Tea Festival returns at Kromhouthal, Amsterdam Noord, from 10:00 to 19:00.

This year, we are growing into a larger venue, with more space for exhibitors, workshops, performances, tastings, food, ceramics, teaware, cultural moments, and areas where visitors can pause, sit, meet, and take everything in.

Our intention is simple: to give specialty tea, and everything around it, a stronger stage.

To show how diverse the tea world is.
To support the people who work with care, knowledge, and tradition.
To create a place where tea culture in the Netherlands and Europe can grow with quality, visibility, and meaning.

The website is now open for the next steps:

Tickets are available for visitors.
Applications are open for vendors.
Workshop hosts can also apply.

You can find everything through:

Thank you for being part of this growing tea movement.

We are looking forward to welcoming you to Amsterdam Tea Festival 2027. 🍵🥺

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN — AMSTERDAM TEA FESTIVAL 2027 ✨

On 30 January 2027, we return for our second edition at Kromhouthal, Amsterdam Noord, from 10:00 to 19:00.

After our first edition, we took time to build not only a larger festival, but a more thoughtful space for tea culture to be seen, tasted, shared, and understood.
The Festival was created because we believe tea deserves more visibility.

Not only as a drink, but as a world of people, places, techniques, objects, flavours, traditions, and ideas. A world where tea brands, ceramic artists, food makers, educators, cultural partners, designers, performers, and curious visitors can come together in one place.

For exhibitors, we want the festival to be more than just a table.
We want visitors to taste, ask questions, understand your story, and meet the people behind the product. We want the festival to support your visibility, your network, your sales, and your place in the growing tea community.
This year, registration happens through our new website and personal exhibitor account.

How to register:
1. Go to www.amsterdamteafestival.com
2. Click Apply as Exhibitor
3. Create your account
4. Add your billing and company details
5. Fill in the exhibitor form
6. Choose your stand and add-ons
7. Submit your application
8. Our team reviews it
9. Once approved, your invoice appears in your account
10. After payment, your stand is confirmed
11. Complete your festival page with your brand text, images, links, and social media details

At the moment, registration is open for exhibitors.

Workshop host registration will open very soon. Visitor ticket sale will open later this week 😊

Exhibitor pricing works in waves, so the earlier you register the better your stand price will be.

We welcome tea brands, ceramic artists, teaware makers, food creators, cultural organisations, designers, artists, wellness and lifestyle brands - everyone whose work connects naturally to tea, culture, craft, hospitality, and experience.

Register through our website:
www.amsterdamteafestival.com

We are looking forward to building this next edition with you.

Tea Rave — where tea, music, and culture meet.

Last year, we introduced Tea Rave as part of the Amsterdam Tea Festival: an evening where tea moved beyond the traditional setting and became part of sound, movement, atmosphere, and shared experience.

For the 2027 edition, Tea Rave will return in a more intimate format — smaller in scale, but still built around the same idea: showing that tea can be contemporary, social, experimental, and alive.

Around the world, the way people gather is changing. Sober parties, morning raves, listening sessions, alcohol-free nightlife, and sensory-led events are becoming more visible — not because people no longer want to go out, but because many are looking for new ways to celebrate with more intention, presence, and connection.

Tea fits naturally into this shift.

It is warm, grounding, energising, ritualistic, and deeply social. In a rave or listening setting, tea creates a different rhythm: a space where people can dance, listen, pause, talk, and reconnect.

Tea Rave is not about replacing nightlife. It is about expanding what nightlife can be.

A place where tea takes the stage — through music, movement, culture, and community.

Big thanks to all our great partners at the tea rave 🙏🏻🤍

More about the 2027 edition coming soon.🍵
