Job Description:

As a Front Desk Officer at Rays beauty studio and unisex salon, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and friendly experience for everyone who interacts with our front desk. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Welcoming and Greeting: Warmly welcome clients and visitors as they arrive, offering assistance and providing necessary information.
2. Reception Management: Manage the front desk area, answer incoming calls, and redirect them appropriately. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
3. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client needs are met.
4. Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, appointment scheduling, and maintaining records.
5. Security: Ensure the security of the premises by monitoring and controlling access, issuing visitor badges, and following security protocols.
6. Communication: Relay messages and information to relevant departments and team members.
7. Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks efficiently, such as managing incoming and outgoing mail, accepting deliveries, and assisting with occasional office tasks.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a customer service or front desk role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
• Pleasant and professional demeanor with a customer-centric attitude.
