What’s the best way to actually wash your hair for volume?

❣️ALWAYS shampoo twice.

❣️Squeeze excess water before conditioning.

❣️Condition mid-lengths and ends only.

❣️Rinse more than you think.
Flip your head upside down, roots to ends. If you think you’ve rinsed enough, give it another 30 seconds.

❣️Blow-dry your roots.
A quick blast at the roots with low to medium heat lifts hair away from the scalp while it sets. A study published in the Annals of Dermatology found that blow-drying at 15cm actually caused less internal damage than air-drying - prolonged water contact weakens the hair’s structure.
