Blaze hair is looking for reliable, open minded and creative people interested in becoming hair models for our teams future creative photoshoots and competitions for this year. This is a good opportunity to get experience in the behind the scenes of the hair industry and have fun and funky hair.

Requires,
- Openness to colour/ cut changes and styling.
- Available for possible long hours of appointments.
- Being on comfortable on camera for Content/ photoshoots use.
- Please note this is a non paid opportunity.

Another day creating fresh blonde with a cut and colour fighting off brassy yellow with a full head foils and tip out to get her ends looking creamy while keeping condition good!

After almost 7 years last week was my last week working at M11! I’m grateful for all the hair changes 🤣, shaving my hair, learning, growth and relationships I got to make in my time at M11 with the M11 fam.

Blonde bleach & tone!

The colour correction journey on Katie has been a good one! Originally we were keeping some natural roots with highlights but ultimately in this session decided that a bleach and tone is more the look we want to achieve.
In her first appointment we took Katie from a dark black colour to a warm blonde as you can see in the second set of before & after.
We where only able to get her hair that light in the the first session safely as luckily she had previously only had one session of dark tint so not much colour buildup to cut through, I did this low and slow using blondorplex to keep the hair as healthy as possible for such a big service.
Second appointment after taking care of her hair in between appointments with treatments and no heat, we went through and lightened the ends past some of the warm tones left from the first session with a basin balayage.

Saturdays was session a virgin bleach application and a root shadow, we were both super happy with the results!
From taking it from black to blonde in 3 sessions! Not achievable on everyone but definitely worth the journey for this!

This is a P.S.A for any of you blondes think of using a supermarket temporary dye! Especially the reds! Just be warned it probably will stain!

This client use one for a great Halloween costume and the even after a month the red was still that vibrant. We went with going lighter doing a big trim and going a little deeper on the roots.
Our goal is to eventually go a little more copper through the ends!

This certificate arrived at the salon yesterday!
Very happy to say I am now fully 100% qualified in hairdressing after 8 years since I started my hairdressing education and almost 6 years at !

The first thing I said when I saw it was “omg I forgot how long my full name is!” Haha
