Our Story
“Kess Hair and Beauty” was first launched for business in 2004 with the ultimate goal of providing affordable hair and beauty services for clients. As a result the very 1st “Kess” hair and beauty salon was launched in Lower Hutt, Wellington. Since then the group have expanded over the past years and now have 17 salons in New Zealand with over 136 employees. Out of the 17 salons of the group 11 of them are located in Auckland and the others are located in Hamilton, Christchurch, New Plymouth, Palmerston North, and Wellington.
Our Salons offer complete salon services for men, women and children by well-trained experienced hair stylists and beauty therapists providing a wide range of services at affordable prices. Services include hair cutting and coloring, threading, eyelash and eyebrow tinting, waxing, facials and piercing. At Kess an extensive range of hair care products including the superb Indola Professional range is also available for the customers to take care of their hair at home.
