We should look to others for inspiration, creativity and self-awareness. But comparing ourselves to others is a losing game. No one lives the exact same life, has the exact same experiences or has the exact same capacity. We're all wildly unique.

I watch a LOT of content, and it inspires me to create, edit and share things in my own particular way. I can take inspiration from someone else without needing to become them.

Comparison puts pressure on us to be something we're not. It makes us feel inadequate and distracts us from recognising the things we're actually bloody good at.

So be inspired, whanau, but don't let someone else's life dishearten you. Some people have what looks like a dream life from the outside, yet live a nightmare to have it.

The best thing you can ever capitalise on is YOU. ❤️
