Our Social Sauna sessions are all about community, connection, and shared warmth. Unlike our silent sauna sessions, these gatherings are a space where talking is welcome. Share stories, laughter, and conversation as you move between the cedar sauna and cold plunge at your own pace.

These sessions are unguided — no structured facilitation, just the natural rhythm of heat, cold, and rest in good company.
