If you like chasing a waterfall and are visiting waterfall country here in South Wales, Sychrad falls near Dinas rock has a wonderful set of falls framed by a wooden footbridge and impressive gorge that doesn’t get quite as busy as the four falls trail.

It also has the added bonus of an abandoned mine that you can peep inside of and explore (if you’re feeling brave).

A little wander further along the river in Llangollen from the horseshoe falls, is this beautiful little Welsh church. It is nestled in beautiful surroundings, and is a must-see when the snowdrops are out in force!

β€’αš±αš¨α›αšΎ α›žαš¨αšΎαš²α›–β€’ RAIN DANCE
As a consequence of the surrounding forest fires situation, I was unable to do the lakeside fire ritual I was planning. I shifted my focus instead, to honouring the setting sun and asking for rain with rain dance.

There are a number of names to describe the various types of earth magic rituals I do. It's hard to describe the energy I've found I'm able to tap into, this way.
I try to describe it visually through my art and photography.

The Cliffs of Moher (Irish: Aillte an Mhothair) are sea cliffs located at the southwestern edge of the Burren region in County Clare, Ireland. They run for about 14 kilometres (9 miles). At their southern end, they rise 120 metres (390 ft) above the Atlantic Ocean at Hag’s Head, and, 8 kilometres (5 miles) to the north, they reach their maximum height of 214 metres (702 ft) just north of O’Brien’s Tower, a round stone tower near the midpoint of the cliffs, built in 1835 by Sir Cornelius O’Brien, then continue at lower heights.

"The people
who consider you weak
have not yet noticed
the wolf hiding
behind your eyes,
nor the flames
inside your soul.

Let them think
you are weak
and do what
wolves and fire
do best.

Surprise them
when they least expect it."
