7 DOCTORS of NATURE
1. Dr. SUN - at least 10-15 mins 3X a week between 10 am to 2 pm
2. Dr. WATER - 1/2 glass of water every hour with 5 drops of lemon or calamansi
3. Dr. AIR - inhale 7 counts and exhale 7 counts 10X after waking up and before going to sleep
