NO POTHOLES? NO PATCHES? NO CIVIL-WAR-ERA CRATERS?”

A freshly paved Pennsylvania road is like spotting a shooting star during a solar eclipse while the Eagles win the Super Bowl again. Beautiful, impossible, and gone in 48 hours once PennDOT remembers they left the salt truck in reverse.
