NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC: UNDAS 2022 GUIDELINES

1. Davao City Ordinances and Minimum Public Health Standards on COVID-19 must be observed at all times. The management of private cemeteries are encouraged to implement their own health protocols in coordination with the City Health Office.

2. Wearing face masks is mandatory. Bringing of sanitizers is highly encouraged. Any person exhibiting flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough, and colds are discouraged to visit the cemeteries.

3. Medical tents will be set up at the entrances of all cemeteries with medical teams conducting body temperature check and responding to any medical emergencies.

4. Gates will be opened at 6:00 in the morning and will be closed at 8:00 in the evening, from October 30 until November 3, 2022. The management of private cemeteries may implement different operating hours.

5. Visitors shall observe the "One Entrance Policy", but vehicles shall follow the "One Entrance One Exit Policy.

6. Only ambulant vendors with Special Permits from the City Mayor shall be allowed to sell goods from October 30 to November 3, 2022, at the designated ambulant vending areas outside the cemeteries set by the City of Davao.

7. The City Transport and Traffic Management Office shall identify the parking areas for four-wheeled vehicles and motorcycles outside the cemeteries.

8. All visitors shall observe proper waste disposal and apply "Clean as You Go" or "Basura ko, Linis ko." All cemeteries must obey garbage collection points determined by the City Environment and Natural Resources Office.

9. The Davao City Security Cluster shall deploy its personnel from October 30 to November 3, 2022, to supplement the security profile of all cemeteries, and assist in crowd control and law enforcement.

10. The Davao City Police Office will set up Police Assistance Desks at all cemeteries.

11. City-owned and operated cemeteries under the City Economic Enterprises shall not schedule any burial, internment, or cremation from October 30 to November 3, 2022, except for cases of immediate burials.

12. Staying overnight is strictly prohibited.

13. Tricycles are not allowed to enter the cemetery premises.

14. Wearing jackets, bringing backpacks, playing loud music or karaoke, gambling, bringing alcoholic drinks and pointed objects, are strictly prohibited.

15. Drones and Fi****ms are strictly prohibited, except those with security clearances.

16. Vagrants, loiterers, and scavengers are denied entry in all cemeteries.

1. Striktong ipatuman ang mga Ordinansa sa Davao City ug Minimum Public Health Standards sa COVID-19. Gina-awhag ang mga tagdumala sa pribadong mga sementeryo sa pagpatuman sa ilang kaugalingong health protocol sa pakig-alayon sa City Health Office.

2. Mandatory o kinahanglan ang pagsuot og face mask. Gina-awhag ang pagdala og sanitizer. Kung adunay mga sintomas sa trangkaso sama sa hilanat, ubo, ug sip-on gina-awhag nga likayan ang pagbisita sa sementeryo.

3. Adunay mga medical tent nga anaay medical team nga imuntar sa mga entrance sa tanang sementeryo nga maoy magpahigayon og temperature check ug moresponde kung adunay mga medical emergency.

4. Schedule sa pag-abri sa mga Public Cemetery: Oktubre 30 hangtod sa Nobyembre 3, 2022, alas 6:00 sa buntag hangtod alas 8:00 sa gabii. Mamahimong mopatuman og lahing operating hours ang mga pribadong sementeryo.

5. Alang sa mga mobisita, ipatuman ang “One Entrance Policy”, apan "One Entrance One Exit Policy” alang sa mga sakyanan.

6. Adunay gitakda nga lugar sa gawas sa mga sementeryo ang City Government of Davao alang sa mga manindahay (ambulant vendors) nga dunay Special Permit gikan sa Mayor’s Office gikan Oktubre 30 hangtod Nobyembre 3, 2022.

7. Adunay parking area nga gitakda ang City Transport and Traffic Management Office (CTTMO) alang sa mga sakyanan ug motor gawas sa sementeryo.

8. Ipatuman ang “Clean as You Go” ug “Basura ko, Linis ko.” Ilabay ang mga basura sa garbage collection point nga gitakda sa City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO).

9. Ang Davao City Security Cluster mopakatag sa ilang mga personahe gikan Oktubre 30 hangtod Nobyembre 3, 2022, aron madugangan ang seguridad sa tanang sementeryo, ug motabang sa pagkontrol sa panon sa katawhan ug pagpatuman sa balaod.

10. Adunay imuntar nga Police Assistance Desks ang Davao City Police Office sa tanang sementeryo.

11. Walay schedule sa lubong ug cremation sa tanang city-owned cemeteries gikan Oktubre 30 hangtod Nobyembre 3, 2022, gawas na lamang kung kinahanglan o hinanali kini.

12. Bawal mag-overnight.

13. Bawal mosulod ang tricycle sa sementeryo.

14. Bawal sa sulod sa sementeryo: pagsul-ob og jacket, magdala og backpack, pagpatugtog og kusog, karaoke, pagsugal, pagdala og ilimnong makahubog ug talinis na butang.

15. Bawal ang drone ug armas o fi****ms, gawas lang sa mga dunay security clearance.

16. Ginadili ang pagsulod sa mga istambay, ug mamasura ug mangaykayay (scavengers) sa tanang sementeryo.
