Yung pananaw nila ay salungat sa katotohanan dahil ang mundo nila ay puno ng reklamo at negativity.

Ang Negativity, Hindi Lang Ikaw ang Apektado!

Kapag masyado kang negative, hindi mo lang sinisira ang sarili mong vibes, nagkakalat ka pa ng stress sa paligid mo.

Pero, eto ang mas nakakatakot:

Isipin mo ‘to: May taong may pangarap, ginagapang nila para matupad. Pero dahil sa negative comments mong,

“Ambisyoso naman masyado yan.”
“Di mo kaya yan.”
“Walang patutunguhan yan.”

Nawawalan sila ng lakas ng loob at sumusuko na lang. Dahil negative comments.
Ang simpleng salita, nakakabagsak ng confidence.

"Avoid negative people, for they are the greatest destroyers of self confidence and self-esteem. Surround yourself with people who bring out the best in you."

Kapag napapalibutan ka ng negative na tao, kailangan alerto ka palagi. Bakit?

Mauubos ka - yung energy mo, motivation mo, pati positivity mo, unti-unting mawawala.

Mahahawa ka - ang negativity ay parang virus. Kapag pinabayaan mo, baka ikaw na rin ang sumunod na magreklamo sa lahat ng bagay.

Sabi nga,
“You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.”

Kaya kung kasama mo ay mga taong puno ng reklamo, walang tiwala, at laging may negatibong pananaw, magiging ganon ka rin.

Paano i-handle ang mga ganitong tao?
👉🏻 Set boundaries - Limitahan ang oras na ginugugol mo sa kanila.

👉🏻 Choose your circle wisely - Makisama sa mga taong nagbibigay ng motivation at inspiration.

👉🏻 Huwag magpadala - Panatilihin ang pananampalataya at positibong mindset kahit na nasa paligid ka nila.

Mas piliin ang maging ilaw at hindi dumagdag sa dilim.
Positivity wins every time.

Kaya kung may pinagdadaanan kang problema at nababalisa ka sa mga unexpected na sitwasyon at problema na dumarating sa atin, kailangan natin tumawag sa Kanya, bago tayo dumiskarte ng pangsarili, magdasal muna tayo at hingin ang tamang pang unawa kung yung mga bagay at solution na pinapakita sa atin ay galing ba talaga sa Kanya? Or ito ay patibong lang ng kalaban para tayo ay lalong malayo sa Kanyang kalooban.

Alam ng Diyos ang mga pangangailangan natin Bago pa man natin to hihingin.

Ito ang sinabi ni Hesus , sa Matthew 6:31-32,
kung tayo ay nababalisa sa mga problema lalo na sa pinansyal na aspeto,

31 “So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 32 For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. 33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

Malinaw dyan na sinabi ng Diyos na wag tayong mabalisa, dahil yung kailangan natin ay alam ng Diyos. At ito ay kanyanng ibibigay sa atin basta unahin lang natin Sya sa lahat ng ating ginagawa.
