Many people have been using this song in their videos of Punch. Every time I hear it, it feels like it has become Punch’s team song. Most of us didn’t understand the lyrics at first, but when I looked them up… I realized this song is truly about Punch and his keepers, Shumpei Myakoshi and Kosuke Shikano. It honestly made me cry.

Message of the song: hope, love, and walking toward the future together.

It perfectly relates to Punch: even though he’s small and vulnerable, he has two people who care for him and guide him every step of the way.

It’s like the song is saying, “We’re with you, step by step, toward a better tomorrow.” Every note, every word, feels like a dedication to the bond they share—a gentle reminder that love, care, and guidance can make even the hardest journeys brighter.

Rejection hurts, doesn’t it?

Like Punch…
A small monkey who only wants to be loved.
