피지는 원래 피부 보호막의
중요한 일부예요.
이걸 알칼리성 세안제로
과도하게 씻어내면 염증이 생기고,
우리 피부가 위험해졌다고 느껴서
생존 반응으로 피지를 더 뿜어내요.
피지를 없애기 위해 뽀득하게
세안했던 게 오히려 피지를 더
만들어내는 거죠.
이 악순환을 멈추려면
딱 3가지만 해보세요.
1. 피지 조절 효과가 검증된
성분 사용하기

- 나이아신아마이드 5% :
데일리로 가볍게 관리할 때
2. 장벽크림으로 유수분 밸런스 맞추기
장벽이 약해진 상태에서는
수분이 계속 빠져나가고
피지 분비량은 늘어나요.
그래서 장벽을 튼튼하게 해줘야
과도한 피지는 줄이고,
촉촉하고 건강한 피부로
가꿀 수 있어요.
- 장벽크림 바르는 법 (지성피부용)
세안 후, 밤에만 단독으로
혹은 가벼운 토너나 에센스 사용 후
발라주세요.
장벽크림은 구조상
제형이 무거울 수밖에 없기 때문에
모공을 막을 수 있어요.
그래서 꼭 깨끗이 세안한 피부에
얇게 한 겹 발라주세요.
낮에는 피지 분비나 먼지,
노폐물이 많이 생기기 때문에
가급적 사용하지 않는 게 좋아요.
바르고 다음 날 아침에도
잔여물이 남아 있지 않게
가볍게 세안해주세요.
3. 약산성 세안제 (pH 4.5 ~ 5.5)
사용하기
우리 피부는 원래 약한 산성 상태를
유지해야 장벽이 안정적인 상태로
머물 수 있어요.
알칼리성 세안제 특유의 뽀득함이
기름뿐만 아니라 장벽까지

그래서 핵심은, 손으로 짜거나 문질러서 빼내는 물리적인 제거가 아니라
일상에서 피지와 각질이 자연히 모공 밖으로
잘 배출되는 환경을 만들어 주는 거예요.

첫 번째.
세안제는 꼭 순한 약산성 제품으로 사용하세요.
알칼리성 세안제나 빡빡 씻는 세안 습관은 불필요한 피지뿐만 아니라
피부에 중요한 피지와 지질까지 강하게 벗겨내요.
우리 피부는 약산성 환경이 유지되어야 각질이 쌓이지 않고,
장벽이 제대로 작동한다는 걸 잊지 마세요.
두 번째.
모공 속에 꽉 찬 피지 덩어리를 풀어주세요.
바하(살리실산)는 블랙헤드, 좁쌀, 그리고 여드름 감소 효과가 입증된 기능성 성분이에요.
특히 2% 농도가 임상적 근거가 가장 많고,
뭉친 피지 구조를 직접적으로 풀어주는 작용을 해요.
제품을 고를 땐 반드시 토너/리퀴드 타입을 고르세요.
클렌징이나 패드 제품은 농도가 낮거나 접촉 시간이 짧아서 추천하지 않아요.
세안 후 물기 없는 맨 피부에 국소적으로 사용하시고,
사용 횟수는 주 2~3회로 시작하는 게 좋아요.
세 번째.
각질이 또 쌓이지 않는 모공 환경을 만들어주세요.
레티날은 피부 재생 주기를 촉진시켜서
오래된 세포가 위로 밀려 배출되게 도와줘요.
이 주기가 원활해지지 않으면 결국 각질이 쌓이게 되거든요.
입문자분들은 300ppm 저농도로 먼저 적응하는 게 중요해요.
레티날은 일반 크림이 아니기 때문에 주의해서 쓰셔야 해요.
밤에만 콩알 크기로 사용하시고, 초보자분들은 바하랑 같이 쓰지 마세요.
한 달 이상의 적응 기간을 가지는 게 필요해요.
