Never apologize for expressing what you feel. Letting it out is not a weakness, but an essential step to reclaiming your inner peace.

Jason, Godfather

I just want to take a moment to honor someone who has played a very special role in my life, Sir Jason Faller. Hindi lang siya boss. Hindi lang siya leader. Sa akin, he is a mentor, a role model, and even a spiritual guide. He is a true Ninong in every sense of the word.

Isa sa mga pinakaunang bagay na natutunan ko kay Sir Jason is the value of professionalism. Hindi niya ito tinuturo at sinasabi lang. He leads by example. Kapag nakikita mo kung paano siya magtrabaho, kung paano siya makitungo sa lahat, mararamdaman mo agad na mataas ang kanyang respeto sa trabaho, sa proseso, at sa tao.

At kahit mataas ang expectations niya, he is always fair. Walang favoritism. Walang palakasan. Pantay ang tingin niya sa lahat. Because of that, natuto rin kaming tratuhin ang isa’t isa nang patas. That kind of leadership inspires not just trust, but also loyalty.

Alam din nating lahat na Sir Jason is very detail-oriented. Sa panahon ko sa AMD, doon ko unang naranasan kung gaano kahalaga ang pag-review nang maayos sa bawat account, bawat document. Sa bawat "see me" sa aming mga endorsement, natutunan ko ang pagiging metikuloso. It's all about doing things right the first time, because integrity and excellence is always the standard for him.

Kung diskarte naman ang pag-uusapan, magugulat ka sa talino at strategies ni JPF. If you feel that a certain concern cannot be solved, magugulat ka dahil may maiisip na ibang perspective si JPF in order to solve something. Natutunan ko sa kanya na walang challenge na walang solusyon.

One of the things I will not forget is how he taught me the importance of pakikisama. Hindi lang siya basta camaraderie, but more about building genuine relationships in the workplace. Knowing how to work with people, respect them, and build a team that trusts each other.

Si Ninong JPF din ay isa sa mga spiritual mentor naming mag-asawa. Bilang aming Ninong, he has shared wisdom on marriage, family, and faith; things that are deeply personal. Minsan, sa gitna ng gulo at stress, he will share with you some encouraging words that will keep you going

So, Sir Jason, JPF, Ninong Jason: Maraming salamat. Salamat sa iyong malasakit, sa iyong halimbawa, sa iyong pakikitungo samin. Thank you for being the kind of person that reminds us that leadership is not about power, but purpose. Thank you for showing us that life is not about control, but about compassion.

You are not just our boss. You are our mentor, our role model, and our Ninong in life.

Happy Birthday, JPF! Sana ay marami pa kayong ma-inspire, ma-mentor, at matulungan, just like what you have done for me and many others that look up to you. May God continue to bless you and your family. Mabuhay ka!

Harold, Unfolded

Bold, thoughtful, unique- these are just some of the many words that Alya can think of when describing Mr. Harold Geronimo. The colorful geometric shapes and patterns mirror the many facets of Harold's personality. Alya's painting says it all.

As a colleague, JM looks up to Harold as someone who has a sharp mind and creative spirit. He is someone you would want in your corner, as he will fully support and encourage you.

Mehla loves the way Harold communicates- always with deep substance. She considers him a no-nonsense friend who would always give the best advice. And of course, Harold supports Mehla's flamboyant attitude!

Here's to more years of laughter, growth, and friendship. Continue being yourself, continue being a remarkable person.

This piece was created for my dear friend, JR. Vito Corleone is a figure that he’s long admired not just for his strength as The Godfather, but for the way he protected what mattered the most: his family.

Through the years that I’ve known him, JR is a man of principle. His loyalty to friends and love for his family is undeniable. I am blessed to have him in my corner.

This painting is more than just a tribute to a legendary character. It’s a show of appreciation and support to a lifelong friend.
