It was in 2022 (more than a year after giving birth) when I went back to my dance fitness routine in the hopes to shed some kilos. People who know me know that I do dance workout twice or thrice a week pero it was not enough as I kept on struggling on my weight because I was still breastfeeding during that time.

Until 2024 came, my weight somehow dropped (after weaning) and I thought that was it. I was already happy with my weight at 53-56 kilos. I was not really expecting that I would go back to my 20-something-year old weight uy. Lahi na gyud baya after manganak!

Mid-July 2024, I started drinking Mizuya when I searched for a collagen drink to control my cellulites. Apparently, as you age, these things are inevitable, thus, I decided to give it a try. Kay ang kunot sa luyo sa akoang legs, moa'g lahi ra gyud.

So, I decided to stop drinking for a few weeks so I can indulge in the holidays and go back to 50 kilos which was my ideal weight.
