MEMORANDUM
To: All Teachers, and Parents/Guardians
From: The School Head
Date: June 9, 2026
Subject: Implementation of Modular Learning Due to Scheduled Load Shedding
In view of the scheduled load shedding in our area and the anticipated extreme heat during the power interruption, all classes on June 10, 2026, will transition to modular learning.
All teachers are hereby directed to prepare and distribute the necessary learning modules and activities to learners before the end of the school day to ensure the continuity of learning during the power outage.
This measure is being implemented to safeguard the health, safety, and well-being of our learners and personnel. The lack of electricity may create unfavorable classroom conditions due to excessive heat and may also hinder the effective delivery of instruction, as well as the use of educational resources and equipment.
Teachers are requested to promptly inform their learners and coordinate with parents/guardians regarding the completion and submission of modular learning activities.
Should electrical power be restored earlier than expected, classes will resume at 1:00 PM on the same day following the regular class schedule.
Learners, parents/guardians, and personnel are advised to remain hydrated, avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat, and observe all necessary precautions to protect their health and safety.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
