1- نہانے سے پہلے ایک لیموں نہانے والے پانی میں نچوڑیں، آپکو مہنگے پرفیوم استعمال کرنے کی ضرورت نہیں رہیگی۔

2- تازہ دودھ کی جھاگ کو روزانہ ہونٹوں پہ لگائیں آپ کے ہونٹ قدرتی گلابی اور نرم ہو جائینگے۔

3- سرسوں کا تیل اور کیسٹر آئل ہم وزن لے کر کسی پرانی مسکارے کی خالی بوتل میں اپنی سائڈ ٹیبل پر رکھ لیں اور روزانہ رات کو سونے سے پہلے پلکوں پر لگایں 3 مہینے میں پلکیں اتنی لمبی اور گھنی ہو جائینگی کہ آپکو مسکارہ یا فیک آئی لیشز لگانے کی ضرورت نہیں رہیگی۔

4- مہنگے فیس واش استعمال کرنے کے بجائے روز اپنے چہرے کو دہی میں تھوڑا سا سرکہ ملا کر دھویں آپکی جلد سے سارے دن کی دھول مٹی اور غبار نکل جایگا اور ایک گلو اور شائن جو آئیگی وہ الگ۔

5- اپنی پانی کی بوتل اپنے ساتھ رکھیں اور اس میں 6 7 پودینے کی پتیاں شامل کر لیں اور سارا دن اسی بوتل سے پانی پیئں، ایسا کرنا آپکی سکن کو اندر سے ہیلتھی کریگا اور آپکی سکن دانوں اور تمام مسائل سے مخفوظ رہیگی۔

8- شہد ملتانی مٹی ہلدی اور عرق گلاب کا پتلا سا پیسٹ بنا کر دانوں والی سکن پہ لگایئں خشک ہونے پر دھو لیں۔

9- روزانہ سوتے سے پہلے ایک کپ پانی میں 2 چھوٹی الائچی ایک دار چینی کا ٹکڑا تھوڑی سی سونف اور پودینے کی پتیاں ڈال کر قہوہ بنانے اور پینے کی روٹین بنا لیں 21 دن میں سکن کو چمکتا ہوا دیکھیں۔

10 - ہفتے میں دو دفع بادام کے پائوڈر اور عرق گلاب کا ماسک 25 منٹ کے لیے سکن پہ لگانے کی روٹین بنا لیں۔ آپکی سکن ٹائٹ اور جھریوں سے پاک رہے گی، 50 کی عمر میں پہنچ کر جب 25 کے نظر آئینگے....
