Prepuce Washing:
It is the process of cleaning the interior of the prepuce (sheath) using a sterile saline solution or clean water to remove debris and reduce the risk of infection.

Procedure
Preparation: A long, sterile plastic pipette is used for the procedure.
Insertion: The pipette is inserted carefully into the prepuce.
Flushing: Water or saline is injected thoroughly into the sheath.
Massage: The prepuce opening is held closed, and the area is massaged by hand to ensure the solution reaches all folds and cleans the surface area effectively.
Drainage: The solution is then allowed to drain completely.
Repetition: This process is repeated two to three times to ensure thorough cleaning.
