Rhinoplasty ( Nose job) is a procedure which helps in improving the shape and function of the nose. Every patient comes up with their own specific concerns about the nose shape and some time it's function as well.

This patient came to clinic with a history of nasal trauma in child hood that leads to saddle deformity of the nose which in lateral view shows decrease in nasal dorsum height. His only concern was to address his saddle nose deformity and nothing else he wanted to change in his nose shape. This was done by open rhinoplasty and rib cartilage graft.

It is an honour that now I will be the part of the peer reviewers of PRS and PRS Global Open. PRS is the highest impact factor Plastic Surgery journal in the world and is the official journal of American Society Of Plastic Surgeons.

Once again I feel humble to be part of the ASPS. It is with great honor and pleasure to announce that I have been given the opportunity to serve as a member on two of the prestigious committees of America Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) to work for the betterment of Plastic Surgery.

I am grateful to the doctor's who showed their interest to visit me for learning ear reconstruction. I am planning to host international doctors to learn the complex ear reconstruction procedure in Pakistan. Medical knowledge-sharing and collaboration can greatly benefit the healthcare community and patients.
