Here’s food plan for the seven days

Monday

- Morning: half a cup of orange juice, one egg, one slice of bread, a half cup yogurt, unsweetened hot tea.
- Lunch 150 grams of tuna (if canned, drain the oil well), salad vegetables with a teaspoon of mayonnaise and a teaspoon of sour cream, a hot tea.
- Snack: A cup of yogurt.
- Evening: 180 g cooked chicken, vegetable salad with a tablespoon of olive oil, a small apple.

Tuesday

- Morning: one orange, one small bowl of cereal without sugar, half a cup of yogurt, a hot tea.
- Lunch 160 g cooked chicken, vegetable salad, a slice of bread, a half cup of yogurt, hot tea.
- Snack: half a cup of carrots and celery salad (made with one teaspoon of oil).
- Evening 200 g of tuna, salad, steamed vegetables, a peach, hot tea.

Wednesday

- Morning: half a grapefruit, 50 g of cheese, a cup of yogurt, a slice of bread.
- Lunch: mushroom omelet (two eggs and half a cup of mushrooms), salad vegetables, one slice of bread, a half cup of cream, hot tea.
- Snack: Two apples.
- Evening: a hard boiled egg, salad vegetables with a tablespoon of olive oil, an orange.

Thursday

- Morning: a peach, a small bowl of cereal without sugar, a half cup of cream, a tea
- Lunch 100 g of cheese, vegetable salad with two tablespoons of olive oil, a slice of bread, a half cup of sour cream.
- Snack: An orange.
- Evening 200 g of tuna, salad vegetables, half a pineapple, a hot tea.

Friday

- Morning: half a cup of orange juice, a hard boiled egg, a slice of bread, a half cup of yogurt, a hot tea.
- Lunch 150 g of tuna, one slice of bread, a half cup of sour cream.
- Snack: an apple.
- Evening: 150 g boiled chicken, salad vegetables with a tablespoon of olive oil, tea.

Saturday

- Morning: half a grapefruit, a bowl of cereal without sugar, a half cup of sour cream, hot tea.
- Lunch 100 g of cheese, vegetable salad, a slice of bread, a cup of yogurt.
- Snack: a cup of yogurt with a peach.
- Evening 200 g fried chicken liver, vegetable salad, an orange, a hot tea.

Sunday

- Morning 50 g of cheese, a hard boiled egg, a slice of bread, hot tea.
- Lunch 200 g of tuna, two tomatoes, one slice of bread, 50 g cheese.
- Snack: an orange.
- Evening 150 g of boiled chicken, salad vegetables with a tablespoon of olive oil, half a grapefruit, hot tea.
