💪🏽 Countries are eliminating diseases all over the world!
🏆 In the last five years alone, 44 disease eliminations have been confirmed by WHO. For example, 45 countries have already eliminated malaria thanks to all the tools that are available.
We are hopeful that we will eliminate another 32 diseases in the next decade.

💐 International Women’s Day 2025 is almost here!
👵 Did you know that women live longer, but not necessarily healthier?
Women outlive men by 5 years on average, yet many older women struggle to access healthcare due to age and gender discrimination.
⚠️ They are more likely to be caregivers, experience higher rates of disability, and suffer from functional decline—yet less likely than men to get the care they need.
❤️🩹We must talk about this. Health equity for women means supporting them at every stage of life.
WHO has a unique chatbot for women, where you can get essential information to make informed decisions about your health. It’s completely free and available in multiple languages.
Some of the topics include:
🔹 PCOS
🔹 Endometriosis
🔹 Family planning
🔹 Heart health
🔹 Diabetes
🔹 Cervical cancer
🔹 Breast cancer
