Today was a memorable day. Lions Heart Weightlifting Club sponsored training kits to Master Weightlifters who are preparing for World Master Grand Prix and Asian Masters Weightlifting Championship being held in Pakistan next year.

Today Prof. Shehzad Mahmood visited Lions Heart Weightlifting Club along with his son.
Introduced with club members.
He also expressed his motivations to boys to carry on healthy Activities for good health.

Wasif Hanif Butt former 5 times Supper Heavy Weight Champion is preparing for the Next coming Asian & World Masters Championship being held in Pakistan in 2026 February.

Today Dr. Usama visited the Lions Heart Weightlifting Club. Prof. Khizer Hayat Raja President LHWC presented a souvenir to him.
Dr. Usama is attached with Lion's Heart Weightlifting Club as Physiotherapist and provides consultancy free of cost to all the members beside this Weightlifting and other sports family living in Pakistan know him for his competency.
