Noutro dia a falar com uma pessoa conhecida que não sabia o que era uma facialista, apercebi-me que passou um momento que pouco explorei ou abordei nas redes sociais. Em Outubro de 2025, pela primeira vez em Portugal, o nome de uma facialista foi mencionado numa produção para uma revista física. Mais do que ser um reconhecimento do meu trabalho, é um reconhecimento da nossa profissão, que é comunicada no nosso país desde 2015. 10 anos para conquistar um lugar e concretizar um trabalho que já se faz lá fora há muito, muito tempo... Escolhi formar-me em Portugal, escolhi fazer o meu percurso aqui e, confesso-vos, há muitos dias difíceis. Mas quando estes pedaços de trabalho são conquistados, são-no com uma profunda convicção e crença no nosso país e, mais uma vez, nas pessoas. Este carrossel é, sem dúvida, dedicado à .pt e à Medialivre, que verdadeiramente compreendem a profundidade do meu trabalho e do impacto dos facialistas na vida das pessoas. Obrigada! 🥹💙


The other day, whilst chatting to a person who didn’t know what a facialist was, I realised there was a moment I’d barely touched upon or discussed on social media. In October 2025, for the first time in Portugal, the name of a facialist was mentioned in an article for a print magazine. More than just recognition of my work, it is recognition of our profession, which has been promoted in our country since 2015. It took 10 years to carve out a place for ourselves and establish a profession that has been practised abroad for a very, very long time... I chose to train in Portugal, I chose to build my career here, and I must confess, there have been many difficult days. But when these achievements are won, they are won with a deep conviction and belief in our country and, once again, in people. This carousel is, without a doubt, dedicated to .pt and Medialivre, who truly understand the depth of my work and the impact of facialists on people’s lives. Thank you! 🥹💙
