Hoje foi dia de conhecer e visitar este espaço, Naturalmente Pronto .

Ganhei o dia pois encontrei um espaço onde se pode encontrar excelentes refeições, ultra congeladas e com uma qualidade incomparável.

Entrei para visitar, fomos recebidos com profissionalismo, e além do mais com uma simpatia contagiante, que nos fez sentir em casa.
Saí lógicamente com algumas refeições, das quais já provei uma.

Recomendo vivamente.

Arayes (Beyond Beef Stuffed Pita)

Prep Time: 15 mins
Cook Time: 20 mins
Total Time: 35 mins
Yields: 4 servings

Ingredients
*1 lb Beyond Meat Beef
*1½ tbsp Greek seasoning
*1–2 tbsp oil (for brushing or pan frying)
*2–3 pita breads, cut in halves
*¼ cup nondairy feta (optional)

Instructions
Prepare the Filling
1. In a medium bowl, mix Beyond Meat Beef with Greek seasoning until well combined.
2. If using, fold in nondairy feta for a creamy, salty boost.

Stuff the Pitas
1. Cut each pita in half to create pockets.
2. Stuff each pocket evenly with the Beyond Meat Beef mixture, pressing gently to spread the filling to the edges.

Cook the Arayes
Option 1 — Skillet:
1. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and add a little oil.
2. Place stuffed pitas in the skillet and cook 3–4 minutes per side, pressing lightly until golden brown and crisp on both sides and the filling is cooked through.

Option 2 — Oven:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Brush both sides of each stuffed pita with oil and arrange on a baking sheet.
3. Bake 10–12 minutes per side, until crisp and golden.

Greek Dip

Prep Time: 10 mins
Total Time: 10 mins
Yields: About 1 cup

Ingredients
*1 cup Greek-style nondairy yogurt (plain, unsweetened)
*1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
*1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
*1 tsp Greek seasoning
*Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions
1. In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, parsley, and Greek seasoning until smooth and creamy.
2. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to let the flavors blend. 29/11/2025
