No filters, just real s**t happening.
Through this whole process, I keep reminding myself that being kind and loving towards myself is one of the most important things I can do.
And there’s another thing that came to me during meditation:
Being grateful.
Grateful for being here, at home. For having had the chance to come back, to see my family, my dog, my friends, and all the places I love.
Being so fu***ing grateful for everything, and stopping acting as if things are guaranteed… because they’re not.
Gratitude and kindness have been helping me through these past weeks. And they can help you too. 🫂
Try being grateful for something that comes from a challenge or a difficult situation in your life, because I promise you… there is ALWAYS something good within it.
JUST LOOK FOR IT.
AND YOU’LL SEE.
Not every time can you change the circumstances… BUT you can ALWAYS change the way you respond to them, and the way you choose to feel inside.

And I truly wish we lived in a world with more realness, more transparency, more truth… and people who aren’t afraid to show what is actually real.
Muitas vezes sentimo-nos perdidos sem perceber exatamente porquê.
Passámos anos a corresponder às expectativas dos outros, a seguir caminhos que pareciam fazer sentido, a ser quem acreditávamos que devíamos ser. Até que um dia começamos a questionar tudo.
Porque já não me sinto feliz aqui?
Porque me sinto desconectada de mim?
Porque é que, mesmo tendo aquilo que desejava, continuo a sentir um vazio?
Essas perguntas não são um problema. São um convite.
Um convite para te conheceres melhor, para olhares para dentro, para perceberes quem és para além das expectativas, dos papéis e das crenças que foste acumulando ao longo dos anos…
E, por vezes, esse caminho torna-se mais leve quando não o fazemos sozinhos.
