Veckans middag kanske?
Kalkonköttbullar med hemmagjord jordnötssås och potatis. Toppat med gräslök.
Super enkel delikatess måltid som går att förbereda långt i förväg och avnjutas efter 15 min.
KALKONBULLAR:
500g kalkonfärs
1/2 lök
2 tsk vitlökspulver
2 tsk paprika
1 tsk vitpeppar
1 tsk svartpeppar
1 ägg
1 dl potatisfiber
1/2 sojasås
Salta efter preferens (3 tsk för mig)
Gör till bullar och stek i smör.
2. JORDNÖTSSÅS
1 dl jordnötssmör
1 dl kokosgrädde
1/2 sojasås
1 tsk ingefära
1 tsk tomatpuré
Lägg i en kastrull och låt värmas upp i 5 min, tills du för en såskonsistens.
3. Koka potatis!
4. Servera och toppa med gräslök!
Köttbullar fryser jag in, jordnötssåsen ställer jag i kylen och kokar färsk potatis för varje måltid.
Perfekt måltidsprepp!

"RASANDE GOTT!".. Är det som hörts i rummet när denna delikatess serverats.
Märgpipa. Salt, smör och kryddor. In i ugn. Serveras med bröd.
Aj så smarrigt!
Ingredienser:
1.5 kg Märgpipa
1 tsk salt
½ tsk spiskummin
1 lökpulver
3 tsk vitlökssmör
Instruktioner:
1. Lägg märgpipa på plåt. Sätt ugn på 200°C.
2. Salta generöst
3. Lägg över kryddor.
4. Klicka på smöret.
5. In i ugnen i 20 minuter!
Servera direkt!
Släng inte benen!
Dagen efter gör man en supernyttig benmärgsbuljong som är super vitamin och mineral rik. Den står i spisen as we speak!

TONIGHT’S MENU:
Cajun fried chicken - KETO EDITION
What a lovely Saturday treat. I’ve been craving chicken for sooo long, but I’m not sure how I feel about cooking chicken (due to salmonella paranoia) but I took the challenge upon myself.
So I don’t eat too much fried food but once every blue moon is so fine. With it being gluten-free, low-carb/keto, sugar-free and fried in peanut oil instead of canola oil - it’s a better option and flavorful combo that got the whole house dancing in excitement.

BOY DID WE HAVE A GOOD (very late) breakfast.
We visited and tried their limited edition beef patty, cheese, onion, jalapeño and dressing sandwich (150 SEK).
I’m not kidding. The best freakin’ cheese burger. Well... It wasn’t a burger, but a sandwich yes, but one of best of all cheese burgers thingys I’ve ever had.
Salty cheese, crispy bread, incredible juicy patties, sweet onions and that dressing...
As I said: LIMITED EDITION. But I sure hope they put this on the menu.

Honey, this ice cream ain’t no joke. If you haven’t been to in Odenplan, you should take yourself there as soon as.
They serve the most fascinating flavors such Vanilla/Olive oil/Sea Salt for example.
No need to make this post to long. Go there. Try some out and pick you’re favorites to get in a cone.

Though I’ve been writing about this place earlier this year, I just can’t get enough. one of my favorite sushi places, serving the shrimp tempura roll (139 SEK) is to die for. If you’re craving sushi, hit them up. 🔥

Phils doesn’t disappoint. 😭
A well deserved visit to for their mouthwatering halloumi burger... Lord! (99 SEK)
Crispy Wonton, avocado, soft textured halloumi and a brilliant combo of dressings. If you haven’t tried it - my friend, you shall asap.
Accompanied with fries and a vegan vanilla milkshake.

Today’s lunch consists of this Cheese Keto Pizza. With a crust made of almond flour and cheese, topped with tomato sauce and topped with 4 types of cheese, I must say this is a winner.
After being inspired by the keto diet, I tried this method of cooking for a week now.
No flour or sugar, yeast or any rising time. Easy, delicious and carb reduced but fat infused deliciousness.

Dagens lunch blev en Keto Pizza med fyra typer av ostar och salami på. Keto är kost likt LCHF som drar ner på kolhydrater i maten och denna pizza ger en den där krispiga, saltiga och ostiga känslan som din vanliga pizza, en kommer med fördelar för magen, då du skippat vetemjölet.
Om du försöker äta färre kolhydrater i din kost eller bara är nyfiken - testa detta nu!
Istället för vetemjöl användes en mix av mandelmjöl, ost och ägg. Den gräddas i 10 min och sedan görs en lätt tomatsås och topping hälls över. En ”how to guide” följer på Stories strax!

You know... some things just makes you speechless. Like a great sunset or in this case, a meal with a cut of steak this incredible.
I’ve wanted to go a proper meat restaurant for a while but was of hesitant due to the fact that it’s very important for me to have quality meat if I’ll have any, since I’m not a frequent meat eater, a bit of source information on the cuts and well prepared menus.

I’m happy to say, I found it. You might have heared if this place but is serving steak like I’ve never had it before. Soft, juicy, smokey and crispy on the outside. Perfection? Oh probably.
We ordered:
Finish Milk Cow steak with baked potatoes and bearnaisesauce (395 SEK)
Seasonal pappardelle pasta with mushrooms and parmesan (not on the new seasonal menu) (295~ SEK)

Side salad l, grilled sourdough bread with toppings and Parmesan cheese.

Ladies and gentlemen - what you might have been craving and need for today is pizza. I’m not talking about any pizza but this heavenly circle of goodness from .male. I don’t know how they do it, but they got their thing figured out.
The crust is a mix of crispy and soft, like a really good piece of bread. I dag the center then dip the crust in a bath of olive oil and salt. I’m telling you: heaven.
This particular pizza is one I’ve assembled myself.
We got: fior di latte, provola ( smoked mozzarella), porta bello mushroom, baked tomatoes, basil and olive oil (149 SEK).
