At Headmistress, we offer three main treatments and one add-on treatment that can be enjoyed alongside the main therapies.

Our signature treatment is Ayurvedic Shirolepa (Shiro means head, Lepa means leaf).

This therapy addresses severe hair fall, including alopecia, and promotes the growth of new follicles. It treats sensitive, oily, or dry scalp, as well as dandruff, psoriasis, and eczema. Shirolepa rejuvenates and detoxifies the scalp. During the treatment, a herbal paste is applied and wrapped with a banana leaf for 20 minutes, allowing the herbs to be absorbed deeply into the hair and scalp.

The second treatment is Shiroabhyanga (Shiro means head, Abhyanga means massage).

This therapy focuses on scalp concerns such as dryness, inflammation, and pimples. It also serves as a maintenance treatment. A herbal paste is applied to the hair and left for 20 minutes before being washed off, followed by a simple blow-dry.

Our third treatment is Ayurvedic Hot Oil Therapy, designed to de-stress, relax, rejuvenate, and stimulate healthy blood circulation.

All main treatments include a 40-minute Marma Massage, where we gently massage the head, neck, and shoulders to release tension and enhance the benefits of the therapy.

As an add-on, we offer Mukhaabhyanga, a 15-minute facial massage. This ritual includes 10 minutes of Marma point massage with face oil, followed by a 5-minute herbal face mask, leaving the skin refreshed and glowing.
