My 100-day journey with fish maw and bird’s nest continues, even during the busy season of my sons’ year-end exams. In fact, I need it now more than ever! This journey is helping me boost my immune system so I don’t get sick, while also improving my focus and energy levels. And of course, it nourishes my skin, keeping it healthy and glowing even when sleep is hard to come by.

The photo above captures the 4th to the 11th days of my journey, where I’ve enjoyed a range of flavors: starting with Glow Booster, then Snow White, Dewy Delight, Ginger Date, Bird’s Nest with Red Dates Honey, Green Flush, Dampness Dispelling Soup, and finally, Si Shen Soup. Each one has its own unique benefits, keeping me feeling and looking my best!
