Important Update on Package Transfers
Dear Pink Parlour Family,
We would like to share an important update regarding package transfers.
Elements Wellness has ceased accepting any further package transition requests from Pink Parlour customers.
Our team is currently working through hundreds of transfer requests already submitted. We kindly ask for your patience while each request is processed carefully and accurately.
To help avoid delays, please do not contact Elements Wellness for updates or clarification regarding your package. All enquiries should be directed to Pink Parlour. This allows Elements Wellness to focus on processing the transfers already received while our team manages all customer communication.
Please note that our WhatsApp service is no longer operational.
To help us review every request thoroughly and respond accurately, please send all enquiries by email. Email allows our team to track each case, review the details, and get back to you as soon as possible.

Important Update for All Clients
I understand that many of you are frustrated. If you choose to insult me, accuse me of cheating you, or call me a scammer, that is your choice. I will no longer respond to abusive messages or engage in conversations that are disrespectful.
For those who genuinely need assistance, I remain committed to helping as many clients as possible. I have kept my social media accounts open and continue working through hundreds of package transitions. This has taken far longer than expected, but I have not walked away from my responsibilities.
Several companies have generously volunteered to honour eligible treatments. They have done this out of goodwill. They are under no obligation to participate and each of them has the freedom to stop accepting transitions at any time.
Please do not direct your anger toward these businesses or their staff. If they decide to withdraw because of abuse or harassment, the people who will suffer most are the many clients who are patiently waiting for their transitions to be processed.
Important Reminder
If you have received your PDF form, please complete both of the following steps:
1. Sign the PDF form.
2. Email the signed PDF form back to [email protected].
Please do not sign the form and assume we have received it. Unless the signed PDF form is emailed back to us, we are unable to process your transition request.

Our WhatsApp number, 8065 0454, will cease operating after 30 June 2026, so we encourage everyone to use email for all future correspondence.

IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING TRANSITION REQUESTS
We would like to inform all clients that Pink Parlour will no longer be accepting transition documents after 1 July 2026.
If you wish to take advantage of the transition arrangement that has been made available, please submit your completed transition documents as soon as possible. Any requests received after 1 July 2026 will not be accepted, and we will not be able to honour them.
I wish to highlight this has being caused by some unwarranted behaviour towards Elements staff which I wont tolerate. We would like to remind everyone that Elements has stepped forward purely as a gesture of goodwill to assist our clients during this difficult period. They have not received any payment, compensation, or benefit from doing so. Their support comes solely from a desire to help a fellow business owner and to provide an option for affected clients.
As this arrangement is entirely voluntary, Elements reserves the right to stop accepting transition requests at any time. We kindly ask all clients to treat their team with courtesy, patience, and respect.
We understand that many clients are disappointed and frustrated by the closure of Pink Parlour. We accept responsibility for that disappointment and respectfully ask that any concerns or unhappiness be directed towards Pink Parlour, not towards the business that has generously offered its assistance.
We are sincerely grateful to Elements for their kindness and support during this challenging time.

We’ve noticed some confusion regarding Elements and Pink Parlour, and we’d like to set the record straight.
❌ Elements has not purchased, acquired, or taken over Pink Parlour.
❌ There has been no merger or transfer of ownership between our companies.
✅ Elements is an independent business.
✅ Their involvement has been purely voluntary to help support affected Pink Parlour customers during this transition.
We appreciate Elements for stepping forward to assist customers seeking alternative service options following Pink Parlour’s closure. Their support is intended to help customers and should not be interpreted as ownership or responsibility for Pink Parlour.
We kindly ask everyone to help share accurate information and avoid spreading misunderstandings.

After more than 20 years, we made the incredibly painful decision to close Pink Parlour Singapore.
Over the past few weeks, we’ve received many messages, concerns, and one-star reviews from understandably upset customers. I want everyone to know that I hear you, and I understand the frustration, uncertainty, and disappointment many of you are feeling.
The truth is, this has also been one of the hardest periods of my life personally, financially, and emotionally. Closing a long-running business is not something I ever imagined having to do, and there is honestly no playbook for how to manage something like this perfectly.
We are trying our very best, with the limited resources and manpower we have left, to support customers through this transition and not leave anyone in the lurch. Every day, our remaining team is working through enquiries, helping customers transition to our support provider, assisting staff with their next opportunities, and trying to respond to everyone one by one.
To customers waiting for replies, I sincerely ask for your patience and understanding. We are not ignoring you, and we are not running away. We are simply handling an overwhelming situation as responsibly as we can.
Yes, mistakes were made in how parts of this transition were handled, and for that I take full responsibility and sincerely apologise. There is unfortunately no “good” way to close a business that has served customers for over two decades, especially when emotions are involved for customers, staff, and our own family.
To our team members, thank you for standing by us during one of the most difficult chapters in the company’s history. We are doing our best to help transition staff into new opportunities and support them through this period as well.
I also want to address questions about my next chapter. Yes, I am starting a new business venture. This is not about running away from responsibility. It is simply my way of rebuilding my life and continuing to support my family after the closure of a business that has financially and emotionally taken everything out of me over the last few years.
Many of you know that when you reach out to me directly, I do reply. I will continue doing my best to respond and work through solutions with each of you, but I sincerely ask for time and patience as we work through the volume of enquiries.
To every customer who supported Pink Parlour over the last 20 years, thank you from the bottom of my heart. We would never have come this far without you, and I am truly sorry for the hurt and disappointment this closure has caused.

A Final Chapter, A New Beginning
After 21 beautiful years, we are entering a new chapter.
With a heart full of gratitude, Pink Parlour Singapore will be concluding its operations on 31st May as the business transitions to a new brand owner.
