22 days to a brand new year.
I have been on a self reflection mode for the past few days.

Osaka trip was something I needed for the longest. It has been a tough year juggling the business. Memang not easy but this is the other side of business that people don’t see. My daily chant to myself “keep going keep going & keep going ”

And then just before & even during my trip, I found out how people are judging me base on baseless facts. I think I barely talk to this people or even share any deep conversations with them.
Among the message I received - U suck being a leader , U need to buck up your leadership skills” “Hid da lupe diri” and I could write an essay with what they said.

Am I affected by these words? Of cos I am. I am just a human but then i came across a phrase “Critical people will always have something to talk about and criticize”
“Therefore, you just do you who cares what people say about you.”

I’m glad the trip to Osaka kind of lift me up.
I hope my remaining 22 days of 2022 will leave a great memory for me & that is what I’m going to do now.

Letting go unnecessary things and people in order to find myself.

Last night I attended a Breast Cancer Awareness event to commemorate the Breast Cancer Awareness month and did some self reflection when I came home. Being in this online selling industry for close to 10 years, selling from clothing and health products for kids, adults, families, I feel many still take their health lightly or sometimes dont see the importance of it. Having surrounded with medically challenge people, I feel it is my responsibility to keep sharing about the importance of health, how it not only affect the person who are sick but people around them physically, emotionally and financially.

If only people put their health at the most important aspect of their life. We can avoid many complications or even we are sick, we know that we have done the right things for our body.

Lets not take our health, physically, mentally & emotionally for granted.
