❶脾经在大拇指末节。在大拇指肚顺时针方向旋转推动能补脾;将大拇指伸直,由指端向指根方向推动能泻火。

一个不会游泳的人,
老换游泳池是不能解决问题的;

一个不会做事的人,
老换工作是解决不了自己的能力的;

一个不懂经营爱情的人,
老换男女朋友是解决不了问题的;

一个不懂经营家庭的人,
怎么换爱人都解决不了问题;

一个不懂教育孩子的人,
生二胎也一样不懂教育!

一个不学习的老板,
绝对不会持续的成功;

一个不懂正确养生的人,
药吃得再多,医院设备再好,
都是解决不了问题的。

"我"是一切的根源,要想改变一切,
首先要改变自己,
学习是改变自己的根本!

让你烦恼的人,
是来帮你的人;

让你痛苦的人,
是来渡你的人;

让你怨恨的人,
是你生命的贵人;

让你讨厌的人,
恰恰是你人生的大菩萨;

他们都是你自己的不同侧面,
都是另一个你自己。

相反,你爱的人,
常常是给你制造痛苦的人;

也是常常给你带来烦恼的人。
