Today’s challenge is to meditate for at least a few minutes mediation is a habitual process of training your mind to focus and re direct your thoughts
Many people use meditation to reduce stress and develop concentration
*this is how you can get in the practice of mediation make a commitment to start of with a few minutes everyday
*pick a space where no one can disturb you pick a comfortable place to sit
*close your eyes inhale and exhale and focus on your breathing
Hold a plank for as long as you can. There are so many benefits to planking.
* it helps you strengthen your core
* builds shoulder and back muscles
* improves flexibility
* improves mental health
* speeds up metabolism

How do you stay motivated to workout? What inspires you ?
I like to plan my workouts ahead of time. I find that works better for me otherwise I feel I do not feel like I’ve had a great workout.
Planning workouts ahead of time gives you discipline.
You will be more likely to follow through if you have a plan. This will eventually lead to it becoming a habit .
So your challenge is to plan a few specific workouts that you are likely to carry through.

Add some gut friendly foods to your diet today! Eliminating some foods like wheat & diary may help some but at the same time cause nutrient deficiencies.
Eating a balanced diet full of fruits& vegetables and adding gut friendly foods will reduce inflammation.
is to limit processed foods, red meat and alcohol and eat at least 4-5 servings of gut friendly foods.

At some point if you accept you are spending life trying to prove your self to others it’s YOUR own approval you are lacking!
The thing that will bring you gratification is knowing you only need your own validation.
So spend today practicing self acceptance think of who you are and not who you are supposed to be.
Analyze what is your dynamics with the people around you?
Be kind to your self the road to self acceptance is a long journey, accept your imperfections and believe in yourself.

Regular exercise at least 3x a week not only has many health benefits but it also gives you a sense of achievement.

Think about if you had no food rules.
Why not allow your self to eat whatever you desire. Often times when we restrict ourselves it leads to binging.
Have a mindful approach to healthy eating. It’s ok to honour your cravings. If you are craving red meat or a piece of cake don’t deny your self that.
A healthy relationship with food is when you don’t have restrictions you eat when you want and what you want. The key is MODERATION.
