HOW TO DRINK LEAN N GREEN COFFEE
Preparing Lean N Green Coffee is pretty straightforward, like you would with most instant coffees, but there are a couple of additional instructions to ensure the beverage works without the risk of dehydration.
To make yourself a cup of Lean N Green Coffee, all you need to do is mix one sachet into a cup (150ml) of hot water. You can enjoy it hot or shaken with ice to make it into an iced coffee.
It’s best to drink the coffee 30 minutes before breakfast, followed by 1 to 2 glasses of water 5 minutes after you’ve finished your drink.
To store the coffee, keep the sachets in a dry area no warmer than 30°C.
Remember, Lean N Green Coffee should be part of a healthy diet, not replacing one. The drink is only effective if you’re eating well and regularly exercising.
