★ How is Chi Chi Choice Essence different from the frozen ones (in terms of packing, cooking, preserving, chilling)?

Using high-speed slow-fire, the taste and nutrients are on par to frozen essence. Packed in aluminium foil sachet that’s meant for food options, our room temperature drip essence are also required to pass inspection by food factories before being delivered for consumption. These essence can be stored for a long time without preservatives or artificial additives after sterilization at high temperature and pressure. We recommend to store them in a cool place.

★ Why are room temperature essence be stored longer than frozen?

Due to the aluminium foil sachet packaging, Chi Chi Choice has passed the inspection to confirm that the sterilization process is complete within the food factory. As a result of the high temperature and high-pressure sterilisation sealing method, these essences are also super fuss-free and easy to bring about too.

When unopened, our essences can be kept either frozen, refrigerated, and normal temperature, due to the sterile packaging. Please consume immediately after opening.

★ Does the packaging swell at room temperature? Is it broken? How do we deal with such situation?

If the sachet is unopened, it may be defective during the transportation process. Please do not open the package and replace it with us.

★ Can I bring the essence abroad?

It can be carried abroad due to its soft and sterile packaging, but is mainly based on various countries' customs regulations. We however do not recommend stacking Chi Chi Choice essences with heavy items, to avoid the sachets from being crushed and burst opened.

★ Can we drink these room temperature essence as it is?

Because this is pre-cooked, Chi Chi Choice room temperature essence can be consumed directly after opening. We'll recommend heating the sachet with hot water prior consumption for better taste, and to finish the entire content at a go.
