New Year, New You! 2023 to me is all about renewal, rejuvenation and regeneration of body mind and soul. Very excited about this new chapter of growth and transformation, not just for myself, but for all my patients; as well as empowering women communities around me. Thanks you for sharing my story! What a way to kick off 2023! Truly grateful!

Every year, we try to bring the family on a meaningful trip, to spread some hope and cheer to the local children in some of the poorest schools. This year we travelled to Phnom Penh representing to provide new toilets, clean water UV filtration system, clothes, stationery and food to these children. We also provided sunglasses kindly donated by Essilor Foundation and as well as presbyopia glasses to the children and adults. Hands down, the most meaningful trip for me in 2022!

Celebrating the launch of 'All about Eve' - a book about Women's Health, with our gracious President as our guest-of-honor and book editors . This book aims to empower women of all ages to take care of their health! What an achievement! Thanks to all the book contributors and the support of !

Ball in Monaco, Ocean Edition, charity gala raised a record 2.3M in support of Prince Albert II Monaco Foundation, acting for the protection of the environment, endangered species, clean water and sustainable development. Thanks to for the lovely evening; so enjoyable meeting up with familiar friends and new ones.
