Did you know that many of your favourite cold drinks contain more sugar than your recommended daily intake?
Recommended sugar intake:
👨 Men: 37.5g (9 teaspoons) per day
👩 Women: 25g (6 teaspoons) per day
Bubble tea, Milo, and even energy drinks are loaded with sugar that can spike your blood glucose levels and strain your endocrine system. 🧋 Excess sugar doesn’t just increase your risk of diabetes – it also affects your hormones, contributing to weight gain, mood swings, and long-term hormonal imbalances.
💧 The Solution? Drink more water!
💡 Pro Tip: If you crave sweetness, choose unsweetened beverages or dilute fresh juices with water.
Protect your endocrine health one sip at a time. 🩺 Learn more about endocrine health here: https://www.health365.sg/endocrine-disorders-ensure-hormonal-health-with-expert-care-in-singapore/
