It is truly an honor to be recognized as a New Ambassador for Nourish the Children at the Global Convention in Korea, where I stood before an audience of 11,000 people. I was filled with excitement! I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has worked tirelessly to support malnourished children around the world. Together, let us continue this vital mission and make a lasting difference in their lives.

Im a dessert lover ❤❤❤

This was my challenge previously when I had to lose weight. During that period, I had to avoid all the junk foods plus no dessert. I had to be discipline. Forced myself not to have any dessert on my table ☹☹. So end up I didnt dine out most of the time.

When some of my friends starts to share about dessert, I had to control myself not to go over limit. All this happen before in yr 2017.

Now, such a wonderful moment. After knowing the concept of lose fats programme. I have a chance to enjoy my life with what i want to eat 😋😋😋 these days. This chocolate caramel truffle was sooo nice!! Love it to the max!! And the great changes that I can see, I will not eat too much on the dessert. I know when to stop. Coz the most important is...I just want to have a taste of the dessert and thats it! This 1 chocolate truffle is being shared among 3 of us. I know I wont be able to finish it 😅😅. Those who have dine out with me...knows me well now...

Kak you will love this! I dont mind to go again..hahaha

Losing weight for the last time!

In this picture both have the same weight of 55 kg in a different yr. Both of this picture taken aft I had gone through a journey of lose weight. In yr 2010 I manage to lose weight with focusing more on exercise and dieting.

However, in yr 2018 I had went through a journey of transformation life in 90 days, which focus on simple eating plan, simple exercise or activites involve plus food supplementation. We need food supplementation as to ensure we have enough nutritions in our body and supplementation with anti aging/ageloc (TR90)

What was the difference that I have experience?

I crave for food that my body needs. Amazing right!
I am a picky eater. I dont like to eat vegetables and some fruits (since childhood). However, my taste bud change. I enjoy eating vegetables n fruits and ensure having them during meals.

I am a person who loves cakes/cupcakes 🎂🍰, waffles, potato chips, 🍫🍩🍦🍗🍔. Just name it! 😋
Whenever I had passed by fast food restautant or bakery shop, I had to remind and control myself not to turned back and went to the shop. It was a great effort input. I would say its not easy to control our diet especially when we felt hungry. But.. 😀😀😀 with TR90 I didnt feel that bothers me when i smelled those food... Amazing! and Yes! It happened!

Usually within 1 week I wont be able to see the changes in me in terms of weight or body shape when I did dieting. But in 2018 during Tr90, It is totally different. Somebody commented my uniform was slightly loose and clarify what i did for lose weight. I was so excited to hear that! And this programme motivates me.

Best of all, Im maintain till today! Alhamdulillah 😀😀

Public speaking is so scary!

From a person who had stage fright whenever comes for a presentation, has change to be a person who loves to share and present more on stage. 😍😍
Realise now that i have more photos on stage...😀😀

I remembered previous time when i was assigned to do presentation on stage with 200 plus audience, I tried my best to be cool. Always had a feeling of butterflies in my stomach, sweaty palms, palpitation at times, dont feel hungry even though i did not have any breakfast for myself. Thats how i felt when i was sitting on my chair waiting for my turn to present.

At times, there were presenters who accidentally overshot their time and I was told to catch up to present fast enough that we all could reach on time. I did tried to do some breathing exercise. It helps when I was sitting down.

But by the time i reach on stage. Thats it! I cant present well as I want due to my fear. 😔😔

However, things have changed ever seen I had embarked on this business plateform. I was given chance to present and share to people. What I learnt from here, to do something that is out of our comfort zone its not easy but nevertheless we will be able to perform better after some time. When I had overcome the moment of this fear, I realise I love to talk and share as much as I could and get the message pass across for the benefits of the audience.

How do I overcome my fear?
Always remember that message that we want to pass across are benefits for the audience

Nobody will say on what we present are wrong. Cause that is our style of present!

Just look at the audience cause they need our help to know more from us (that is the reason why they are there for you)

Always Smile 😊 and starts with alot of energy. This is important for you to be energised 💪🏼💪🏼

Since Im able to share more to people in this business plateform, I could see more and more people had achieve more for their income and improves on their health and for the loved ones

Past 4 mths I didnt had a chance to go for run due to my injured toe aft the fall incident. I would say that i didnt do much any workout or exercise at home. Im so comfortable with just doing jogging/run outdoor.

Alhamdulillah..now im back on track. Im able to do my run as usual. I believe as I have change my lifestyle and eating habit for past 3 yrs, Im able to sustain my body weight and ability to continue my run without any difficulty.

Starts for today, I did 30 mins run before break fast...🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
