I got a hard copy of the Singapore Psychologist magazine, from the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS), with my latest article with them, titled "Nostalgia - An Important Emotion As We Age."

My birthday surprise gift of sort. The Universe aligned my weight to give me 29 in it. And 7 is Universe magic number too. (78.1 kg 3 months ago to 72.9 kg today, 29 Oct 2021).

Very grateful to meet new and old friends to participate in my 1st DAYWA Cares Volunteering project to give some care packages to 3 household, for my smaller group of 3 people.

There's 30 of us in this Buddhist circle of young working adults. Let me know if you would like to join us next time. More importantly for me is that they think that I am in their age group of 20s - 30s. 😆👍🙏
